Why won’t my brows stay up?
For best hold, apply your brow gel on clean, dry brows without any skincare, SPF or makeup. Brush back and forth multiple times, apply pressure to lock them in place.
Where can I find the brush set?
Pull the lid of your brow gel and the brush set will appear.
Why is there white cast or crunch?
This usually happens when there is skincare, makeup or SPF on your brows. Please ensure to clean and dry your brows before every application.

When do I use brow pencil or powder?
Use your Brow Sculpting Gel first on clean, dry brows to shape and set. Once your brows have set, gently fill any sparse areas with brow pencil or powder if needed.
