We are happy to offer store credits if you purchase a product that’s not right for you.
Please note that your product must be unused and returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. Refund processing time is 5 days once accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ailanabeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is required to provide their return label and cover any associated costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot provide store credits while your parcel is still in transit.

Damages and Loss
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (3 business days maximum) if the item is defective, damaged, received the wrong item, or loss of parcel so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are unable to issue any refund in the event packages are stolen after being left in a safe place by the shipping carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will be issuing a store credit that will be valid for 12 months. An administration fee may apply for any returns.
PERFECTLY IMPERFECT SALE
Perfectly Imperfect products are exempt from any return or refund. These products have some minor imperfections but the formula is as perfect as usual. Brushes and packaging may have minor marks but are working.
