Quick FAQs

Why won’t my lashes stay on?

Start with completely clean, dry, oil-free lashes. Place clusters 1–2 mm from your waterline, press them securely to your natural lashes and keep them dry for the first 24 hours.

How long do they last?

They can last up to 7–10 days per application. Correct prep, secure pressing and keeping them dry for the first 24 hours will help maximise wear.

How many clusters do I need?

Most full sets use around 4-5 clusters per eye. Use fewer or more depending on your eye shape and how full you want your lashes to look.

Can I shower or wash my face?

Yes! After the first 24 hours, shower and wash your face as normal. Just avoid direct water pressure, rubbing and oil-based products around the lash line.

Can I sleep in them?

Yes, they're made for all day wear. Avoid sleeping face-down or rubbing your eyes, as friction can loosen the clusters.

What if a cluster starts lifting?

Gently press it back into place with a clean, dry applicator. If it no longer sticks securely, remove that cluster and replace it with a fresh one.

Why do they feel uncomfortable?

They shouldn't poke or pinch. This usually means a cluster is too close to your waterline, so remove it and reapply 1-2 mm away.

Why do my lashes feel sticky?

If your lashes feel sticky, you can use a very small amount of loose setting powder on the area.

Why is my applicator sticking?

Use our Anti-Stick Lash Applicator and always pick up each cluster from the middle, avoiding the pre-glued band.

Will they damage my natural lashes?

They won't damage your natural lashes when applied and removed correctly. Never tug or pull, if they don't slide off easily, massage an oil-based cleanser along the lash line for 30 seconds first.

Can I reuse the lashes?

For the best hold and hygiene, we recommend using fresh clusters each time. Once removed, the pre-glued band can lose its grip, which can affect your next wear.
