Ailana Beauty Shipping Options Australia

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $AUD50. We dispatch all orders very fast (usually 24-48 hours) to ensure you'll be receiving your item quickly. Delays may occur due to Covid-19 or sale events. Standard Shipments to WA will have extended shipping times.


New Zealand

Ailana Beauty Shipping Option New Zealand

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $AUD50 to New Zealand Customers. Please note that we're dispatching your order as soon as possible and will provide you with tracking information. Delays may occur due to Covid-19 or sale events.


United States

Ailana Beauty Shipping United States

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $50 to United States Customers. You can expect your parcel to arrive within 5 to 8 business days after your items have been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

International

Please note some countries are still experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19 or other events and can take up to 4- 6 weeks with Australia Post. We offer international tracked shipping and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

 

Deliver Notes 

  • Orders sent outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges by arrival. Please check any local import fees you may be liable for before ordering.

  • We can't issue a refund if your item is still in transit.

  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

  • We are unable to issue any refund in the event packages are stolen after being left in a safe place by the shipping carrier.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to make changes to the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.

  • For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address. A dispatching and administration fee of $10 may apply.

  • Dispatching may be delayed due to Sale Events such as Flash Sale, Black Friday, and additional events between 2-5 business days.

  • Customers must include specific additional information in their shipping address, specifically for PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Post Offices, Businesses, or any restricted areas.
